This year our conference on the theme “𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐚𝐭𝐞𝐠𝐢𝐜 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐮𝐫𝐠𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞: 𝐒𝐭𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐒𝐫𝐢 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐤𝐚’𝐬 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐋𝐚𝐧𝐝𝐬𝐜𝐚𝐩𝐞” where deliberate on how management thinking and practices have to be restructured and reinvented in line with the present context in Sri Lanka.
