ELIGIBILITY FOR APPLICATIONS
- Organisations could nominate their employees as applicants for the CPM Management Leadership Excellence Awards 2025. A separate nomination should be made for each individual application.
- All applications must be endorsed by a senior authority of the respective organisation—such as the CEO, Managing Director, General Manager, Director, or Head of Department—certifying the accuracy and authenticity of the information provided. Entrepreneurs and sole proprietors are required to submit a sworn affidavit attested by a licensed attorney or an All-Island Justice of Peace.
- Applicants are required to use the designated template applicable to their respective applicant category.
- Executive Director Level applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of total experience including 10 years of senior managerial experience as of 01st January 2024.
- Corporate Management Level applicants should have a minimum of 15 years of total experience including 05 years of senior managerial experience as of 01st January 2024.
- Applicants should be citizens of Sri Lanka.
- The nominated applicant should have a minimum of 12 months’ service in the organisation by the time of the entry review period.
- Applicants should have a substantial professional track record in their respective fields, demonstrating significant achievements and contributions to their organisations and industries.
- Applicants are expected to demonstrate high ethical standards and integrity in their professional conduct. They must not have been found guilty in any court of law, internal company inquiry, or other formal investigation. A duly signed declaration affirming this must be submitted as part of the application attested by the higher management.
- Eligible candidates include C-suite executives, department heads, entrepreneurs, business owners, innovators, change-makers, leaders in community development and corporate social responsibility (CSR), senior professionals from the public and non-profit sectors, academics, researchers, and other individuals with a proven record of significant achievements and impact.

GENERAL GUIDELINES
- Applicants must follow relevant templates for the report given by CPM Sri Lanka.
- Applicants should submit a report containing 750-1,000 words electronically by email attachment as a PDF version.
- Font used for all texts should be in Arial/Calibri/Times New Roman 12-point font. The main headings and the sub-headings should be bold.
- The page margins must be 01 inch from the top edge and a 01-inch margin on both sides and bottom of the page. All texts should be justified.
- The report of the applicant must be endorsed by the organisation’s Chairman/CEO/MD/Proprietor as true and correct (company rubber stamp/seal and signature). Applications submitted by entrepreneurs or sole proprietors must be accompanied by an affidavit attested by a Justice of the Peace (JP) or a qualified lawyer.
- The Report which does not adhere to the given template formats will be rejected. Application fee is non-refundable.
- Applicants who earn 61% or above marks, but not secure any such title will be recognized as the ‘Merit in CPM Management Leadership Excellence Awards 2025
- Applicants who earn 50% to 60% marks, but do not secure any such title will be recognized as the ‘Certificate of Recognition in CPM Management Leadership Excellence Awards 2025’
- Applicants who earn 49% or below marks will not be recognized.
