How can I become a Member?

Please complete your membership application online. The Membership Committee will evaluate your application and call for a viva voce. The Governing Council will approve your request, based on the recommendations of the Membership Committee.

The Membership Card, Confirmation Letter will be issued soon after the Governing Council’s approval, and on receipt of which you will be entitled to use the designatory letters of ACPM, MCPM, or FCPM in your official documents, so long as you are a member of good standing of the Institute.

Your Certificate of Membership will be awarded at a Convocation in Colombo.

Types of Membership

Membership Category Entry Criteria Suitable for Membership fee

Associate
(ACPM)

Any person with a Degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 03 years of experience in industry or commerce are eligible to apply for this category.

This grade of membership is applicable to Junior and Middle-Level Managers and Executives.

Registration fee Rs.20,000/-
*Annual Subs Rs.4,000/-

Member
(MCPM)

Any person with a Degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 08 years of senior management level experience are eligible to apply for this category.

This grade of membership is applicable to Senior Managers.

Registration fee Rs.25,000/-
*Annual Subs Rs.5,000/-

Fellow
(FCPM)

Any person with a Degree or equivalent professional qualification with a minimum of 18 years of corporate-level experience are eligible to apply for this category.

This grade of membership is applicable to those in Top Management services as CEO’s, MD’s, Directors and Chairman of Organizations.

Registration fee Rs.30,000/-
*Annual Subs Rs.6,000/-
*Annual subscription will be due from the year following the award of membership

How can I pay my membership subscription?

You can do for the renewal payments as follows;

  • Payment by crediting the following accounts via online or normal deposits:
  • Payment by online Transaction to one of our accounts
  • Payment by Cheque
    • (Cheques should be drawn in favour of “The Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka”).
  • Online payment via CPM Website
  • Payment by Cash at CPM Secretariat
