SCOPE OF THE BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES COMPANY AWARDS 2022; BACK TO BUSINESS IN THE NEW NORMAL

‘Back to Business in the new normal; Best Management Practices’ is a novel and meaningful new addition which will be featured in the CPM International Management Conference 2022.

The CPM Sri Lanka strives to promote best practices in business management. The proposed new initiative aims to share proven best practices of demonstrating the feature of back-to-business resilience in the Covid 19 transition on with the Sri Lankan business community to add value to Sri Lankan business organizations.

Apart from recognizing novel and value-adding best management practices that have evolved from among Sri Lankan organizations, the proposed forum is also expected to fill the lacuna that prevails in the sphere of literature on best management practices in the country.

The platform also enables organizations to showcase their best management practices to the country’s business community and be duly rewarded for such worthy efforts, particularly under current tricky business and economic conditions at a global scale.

Accordingly, six organizations that have implemented outstanding best management practices will be shortlisted through a rigorous evaluation process and invited to make presentations during the CPM International Management Conference 2022.
