  3. Enter Payment Information:
    • For cards: enter your card number, expiry date, and CVV.
    • Ensure your card supports online transactions.
  4. Verify & Authorize Payment: Complete the 3D Secure / OTP verification from your bank or wallet provider.
  5. Wait for Confirmation: Do not refresh or close the page while payment is processing.
  6. Payment Confirmation: Once successful, you’ll see a confirmation message and receive an email receipt.
  7. Troubleshooting:
    • Check your balance and internet connection.
    • Try another payment method if it fails.
    • Contact support if the problem continues.

    • The Institute of Chartered Professional Managers of Sri Lanka (CPM Sri Lanka) reserves the right to refuse/cancel a membership application. If CPM Sri Lanka refuse to confer the membership, full registration fee will be refunded within 07 working days.
