We are happy to share the highlights of our successful Sixth session of ‘𝐂𝐨𝐧𝐭𝐞𝐦𝐩𝐨𝐫𝐚𝐫𝐲 𝐏𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐩𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐯𝐞𝐬 𝐢𝐧 𝐌𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭’ – a captivating intellectual discussion held yesterday, at the CPM Sri Lanka secretariat.
The day’s discussion was based on the book ‘Results, Not Reports; Building Exceptional Organizations by Integrating Process, Performance, and People’ book written by Peter Follows.
The discussion brought together the brilliant minds of our members to explore cutting-edge management concepts. The exchange of ideas was truly inspiring, sparking engaging dialogues that will undoubtedly support their future of business.
We’ve also included the summary of the presentation which was delivered by Mr. Manjula Chathuranga (Committee member of Education, Research and Development) at the beginning of this discussion.
