We are happy to share the success of the Ignite Session held on February 1, 2024, from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm, as part of the & ‘Mentor Me’ program organized by CPM Sri Lanka Professional Women’s Chapter. Conducted via Zoom, this session marked a significant milestone in fostering mentorship and collaboration.

The distinguished guest speaker for the event was Prof. Yamuna Siriwardana, Chairperson of
the Academic Mentoring Programme at the University of Colombo. The session, is exclusively
designed for mentors and mentees participating in the ongoing mentoring program at the

One of the highlights was the insightful case study discussion, providing a valuable platform for mentors and mentees to gain a deeper understanding of their respective roles within the
