CPM Sri Lanka thanks our Judging Panelย Dr Samantha Rathnayake, Ms.Gayani Punchihewa, Ms.Nilanthi Weliwe, Dr.Bamunusinghe Ravi, Ms. Kushani Rohanadeera, Ms. Sriyantha Samarakkody, very sincerely for your time and resource commitment you brought to the event. You were able to conduct the process without fear or favour so that the real winners emerged at the end. Your judging was of high quality and therefore we had no queries or issues from the competitors.๐๐ฏ
Our practical exercise of choosing the companies with the best management practices attracted a good number of company participants. The judging process was an onerous task taking much time for evaluation despite your busy schedule.ย ๐ค
Following the success of our inaugural awards scheme for BEST MANAGEMENT PRACTICES last year, we were able to continue the program this year too with some value additions and more company participation with manyย improvements. Which good sign shows many have accepted our effort to encourage good management in this Country.๐ฅ
We have received very positive feedback from companies as well as from the event day participants for both the judging and selection process. CPM Sri Lanka will be further encouraged to promote the event because the business community will benefit from it.
